Frank Walker is a detective who investigate the death of Ted Wheetly. After solving the case, he's granted an early retirement from the police force. It's later revealed he's a corrupt detective and helped Brandi Cox incriminate Rachel Thomas for Carson and Ted's murders in exchange for a sum of money. While out at sea with Brandi (heading for an island to split the cash), she then betrays and stabs him multiple times before dumping his body overboard.
